"Dirty Pillows"...you know you love'em...how can't you? Organic in shape, round...something of a comfort. I suppose it hearkens back to mothers care, but who knows...all I know is they can be seen in a plethora of ways from erotic, to artful...any way you slice it the splendor of the female form cannot be denied...
...however every now and then we need to represent them in a raw and sassy way. Fact is women today use their sexuality to their advantage. Most men cannot deny the allure of a beautiful woman, and though some may think it lowers their self worth...women have the ability to use their...assets...to their advantage. It makes a man dumb, it puts the man in the palm of a woman's hand...we're zombies right? Well it's fun regardless and this piece represents that!
Wish I could credit the stock but I cannot remember who sent this to me. At any rate, thanks for heing an inspiration!!
Well, I didn't see anyone else explain it, so here goes. I don't think that's a stock picture. It's most probably a pretty common shot of a girl named Olivia from suicidegirls.com (or something like that). If the background was something bathroomy or white in the photo, then I'm pretty sure the photo was what I said.
Other than that, it's an awesome vector...especially the skin tone you chose.
Hey can you do me a favor, if you have access that is. My sub recently expired...if you can send me the link, or rather contact me on AIM with the image to confirm I would be greatly appreciative. I recall she had an email up there too, I'd also like that so I can get in touch with her and let her know IF this is truly her image. Thanks!
Sorry, I looked at SG while my friend Lin was still in high school and had a subscription; now she's in college and 450 miles away. I'm not old enough subscribe, so I can't check it for you. I'm pretty sure it was Olivia though, because Lin all but stalked Olivia and had that picture as her background.
Also, if you put Suicide Girls Olivia into google image search, then I think you'll get that image.
Well thanks for your reply. I wish I could say it was her, but I frequent that site and I work with Suzy (Homewrecker). She's really the only one I've ever contacted and received permission to use her work as stock...
...as for the original, it was actually pretty dark...kind of golden/yellowish if I remember correctly. I'll have to dig into her gallery to see but I did dig it off of "stock" site. The reason for the quotes is because now I'm curilous...I sure hope I'm not discrediting anyone as I'm very good about getting permission from both model and photographer anytime I wish to use their art for my educational purposes.
Thanks for the input, no offense taken. I'm glad you like the colors I chose though I'm a bit particular. Notice my gallery and you'll pick out a number of blue phases I've run through.
Thanks again...I'm off to check Olivia's gallery and if it is her I'm going to write her and apologize (& ask her permission to keep it posted).
I agree...something about the comfort Blue hues convey. Normally a very cool color, they work so well when on a contrasting landscape. Reds would just be too obvious given the nature of the subject matter. Thanks for agreeing and for the kind words.

Hope that helps and doesn't offend.
